As you all know this has been a long time coming! But just because our engagement period has been unusually long (thanks to our two beautiful boys being a complete surprise) does not mean that this isn’t something that has been at the forefront of our minds the whole time. We are so excited to be able to share this incredibly special day with all the people we love and cherish!

All you need to know
Traveling on the day.
Horwood house is roughly a 30 minute drive from Aylesbury and a 20 drive from Milton Keynes. Being situated in a more rural area there is many back roads you will need to take to get here so please allow a little extra time for unforeseen delays.

Accommodation
There is accommodation on site should you wish to stay, ranging from standard single rooms to luxury suites there is something for everyone. You can book these by calling them on 01296 722100 or visiting www.horwoodhouse.co.uk . Alternatively there are plenty of places to stay in both Milton Keynes and Aylesbury.

FAQ’s
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?
If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! The last day to RSVP is 02 March 2025. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we can not accept late RSVP’s, we hope you understand.
Can I bring a date/+1?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate to those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
ARE KIDS INVITED?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party and family. We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before our 12:00pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the wedding has started, we ask you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. Example: woman are welcome to wear any semi-formal dress or top and trousers if they would like (we aren’t hosting a ball so don’t think you have to go too fancy). Men can wear shirt and trousers with a tie and jacket ( if they desire). Feel free to get in touch with any questions.
ARE THERE ANY COLOURS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED?
We kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivory, and cream.
